This project seeks a comprehensive, visible approach to public safety
through neighborhood activity and beautification. Funds will go towards
a spring-clean, a first-aid station for the event, lighting and window
coating rebates, and graffiti removal.

SNAP funds paid for the installation of a sidewalk and crosswalk that
would provide neighborhood continuity and increase pedestrian safety.
Hilltop Action Coalition
